As a native San Diegan, I’m happy this store is still around before the North Park ‘revamp’ ruined a lot of the neighborhood. Just cause things are new, doesn’t make them better. I love shopping here but don’t come in often but end up finding somethings I forgot I needed for camping, or basics. ( and sometimes Halloween.) anyone complaining about their prices, remember they were here before the new housing developers decided to raise the prices of rent in the area and these guys are just keeping up. That’s how it works. The staff has always been polite and I don’t blame them if they seem a tad cold since they are probably tired of watching potential shoplifters in that huge store. I’d be tired of people coming in asking dumb questions/demands as if they are in Macy’s too.
